We try things we're not ready for
We say the wrong thing more than we like
We fall in ways that no one sees
And get back up in the middle of the night
We hurt the people we didn't mean to
We get hurt by people who didn't mean to either
And somehow through all of it
We're still here, still trying, still believers
Not perfect
Never claimed to be
Just human
Doing the best that we can see
We are human
We fall, we hurt, we rise again

Growing slowly
Growing there
Not perfect
Never will be

And that's enough for me
I used to think growth meant no more falling now
I know falling is just part of the climb
Every mistake taught me something quiet that
I couldn't have learned any other time
